40 countries took part in “MITF-2010”, including Abkhazia, Belarus, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Egypt, Italy, Kenya, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Mongolia, Norway, Palestine, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, Croatia, Montenegro, Sweden and others.
Regions of Russia were united by stands «Coordinating Council» Regions of Russia - Moscow Agreement». In total, the Fair was attended by 61 Russian regions and more than 120 tour operators and travel agencies, more than 40 hotels and 30 museums of the country, Russian sanatoria and resorts, tourist media.
The total exhibition area occupied 4000 square meters.

As part of the business program the IVth Moscow Hotel Forum was held. The program for the visitors included the fashion show of Moscow designers' collections on the theme "Travel and Tourism" in the framework of the Days of the high tourist fashion «Fashion Voyage 2010», extensive concert program of the Moscow International House of Music, the award winners of the contest amateur photo and video «I am a Traveller», presentations of foreign countries, such as Belarus, Germany, Denmark, Iceland, Israel, Lebanon, Mongolia, Norway, USA, Uzbekistan, Finland, Sweden and others. Imperial Park Hotel was presented by Irina Antonenko - the winner of the contest "Miss Russia 2010". On the stage of the Exhibition Center “Gostiniy Dvor” were quizzes and raffles of Russian tour operators.
